We hope to exceed your expectations when shopping with us.  Gem City Mercantile strives to provide accurate descriptions and photos of our items.  Please look at all photos and feel free to email us with any questions.  Vintage and antique goods are used items with varying degrees of wear and tear.  We do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

Even when packaged securely, breakage can happen.  If this unfortunate event should occur, please contact us immediately so that we can make things right.
